Problem if you need to buy?
Yes. Obviously lots of inventory but at high prices with the cost of materials and labor skyrocketing. If you are a buyer and have a fixed price contract I’d be wary of the builder cutting corners. If you have a house currently under construction expect delays and possibly not getting what you originally agreed to at contract signing. I see the whole bubble nearing its bursting point.
