It is so sad how smartphones are changing everything! I find when I put it on silent and out of sight and out of mind I am way more productive this is so true!
To accomplish anything you need discipline and focus. If you discipline yourself to focus on your handheld computing device reading and responding to social media then that’s your focus. And we wonder why nothing gets done. Smartphones create dumb humans.
