What about people living in places like Brooklyn with these huge multi story apartment complexes all close together? I’ve seen pictures of what looks to be a whole block of buildings 4 x 4 of buildings maybe 16 of them, each probably housing hundreds of people. Wouldn’t they have a shared ventilation system? The big cities have such a huge density of people. The more affluent ones can flee to the Hamptons or Florida. But the middle and lower classes are stuck.
The rich get richer and the poor get the blame.
