Marine basic training did this also. They started out at the beginning with taking two weeks off and not starting any new recruits. During those two weeks the incoming new recruits were quarantined for two weeks prior to beginning their basic training. I don’t have the exact numbers. I didn’t save the link. This is just from my memory.
I see businesses with large numbers of employees eventually doing the same. But all measures will come at a cost and Big Business has gotten very good at cutting costs.
Where do you think consumers will do you effects of this cost cutting?
Believe it or not I’m still thinking about an answer to your question of what consumer reactions are forthcoming. Big question with so many different future scenarios. The answer might be a full post.
