That is so interesting. I started taking it about a year ago for pain and inflammation. I have been taking 1000 mg a day. I think it is helping my joint pain but I’m not positive. I’m definitely going to cut that in half. The capsules are 500 mg. Thankfully my blood tests show normal liver function and the enzymes are not elevated. If I feel well on the 500 a day, maybe I’ll try every other day and even taper off it. What do you think?
Go for the lowest effective dose. I used Turmeric for a while and felt it didn’t do anything for arthritic pain. I don’t take Turmeric anymore.
I cut my dose in half to 500 and we’ll see how I feel on that. I may discontinue it also.
