Did you use the Harvard map and drill down to your county?
Yes. It took a while to drill down, but when I finally got to my county, it was bright red.

I’m pretty much a mushroom here. I still walk and do tai chi outside. But about the only place I go is the grocery store. I had four in person medical appointments, and one virtual. Actually six in person appointments if you count the extra trips to the lab. I had to go back two extra times because they messed up with the blood samples. Still haven’t made it back to the gym. How about you?

Despite the Oslo study I’m of the opinion gyms have higher probability of becoming a super spreading situation. I am cancelling my Y membership this month. I did go to the Y to check out what they have done in terms of safety precautions. I wasn’t impressed nor comfortable enough to return to my gym routine.
