Once again here’s the chart attributed to the New England Journal of Medicine from my first Holiday post Trouble in Paradise (it’s Weight Gain Season). Personally I had the best Traditional Weight Gain Season ever. I didn’t gain any weight. I just hope this isn’t sarcopenia.
I am avoiding crowds when I can also. And I’m still wearing a mask in the grocery store.
This pandemic is far from over. I thought about rejoining the gym a few months ago and decided against it. If I were making the same decision today I would come to the same decision but quicker. The whole situation is kind of morbidly fascinating to me.
It’s fascinating to me too.
I’m still going to the gym. But I started going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. So there’s rarely anybody else in there when I go. I had it all to myself this morning and last Sunday.
I wish I was an early riser.
I used the time change last October.
Good strategy!
But then come April, ouch!
