5.4 now. 5.7 pre-COVID. Made dietary changes, and upped my exercise. Also increase the number of hours asleep by two hours per night. Not sure whether that affects blood sugar. But I read that it can decrease chances of developing dementia.

Creeping up. I just checked and actually mine was 5.8 pre-Covid. Yours is probably greatly improved with the weight loss during Covid.
Probably and hopefully so. I have a very strong family history of DM (F dx age 50 and B dx upper 20’s). But so far I’ve managed to delay the onset for myself.
And maybe adhering to your healthy lifestyle and diet you’ll avoid it altogether. How’s the craft beer situation going?
Crept back up to 174, a five pound gain and have stopped the craft beer. (sad emoji)

Behavioral restrictions re-engaged. Yes, only the occasional craft beer for the foreseeable future. I allowed myself a watered down single can of Miller Lite yesterday. (insert another sad emoji).
