5.4 now. 5.7 pre-COVID. Made dietary changes, and upped my exercise. Also increase the number of hours asleep by two hours per night. Not sure whether that affects blood sugar. But I read that it can decrease chances of developing dementia.

Probably and hopefully so. I have a very strong family history of DM (F dx age 50 and B dx upper 20’s). But so far I’ve managed to delay the onset for myself.
