And kefir. And I have heard good things about kombucha. I have never tried it though.
Sorry but I tend to recommend what to eat based upon my personal taste preferences. You are absolutely correct with kefir and kombucha. But I just left the world of flavored yogurts and have moved to plain yogurt. Kefir and kombucha are not yet on my try list.
What brand of plain yogurt do you like best? My favorite is Faye. Next is Chobani. With mixed in fruit and almonds or walnuts.
I started drinking kefir about two years ago. I get the plain unflavored Lifeway brand.
My #1 is Fage. Next, Chobani. Look at us. We’re twinsies.
