    • Once the evidence started accumulating I stopped avoiding full fat dairy and cheeses. I don’t eat cheese every day but when I make lasagna I’ll use full fat ricotta and mozzarella. I also prefer full fat Greek yogurts. When I eat eggs I no longer worry about the cholesterol I still eat eggs maybe just once or twice a week. Although I still use oil based dairy spreads, I prefer butter. Moderation is still the mantra.
