I found the following statement from the full original article the most interesting because it describes what I do.
“Compared to controls, the WLM individuals were more likely to consider the future consequences of their behaviors and to make decisions about food based on weight control and health.”
Future and long term are the keys.
A lot of people have trouble thinking long term and future.
