    • My walking routine needs improvement. I was getting out 2-3x week before I stubbed my toe. Resistance and light free weight work dropped from 1-2x week down to…zero. I just got plain lazy. For the new year my plan is get back to walking 2-3x and weights/resistance 2-3x a week. My plan was to rejoin the Y but there’s too much virus out there now so I’m holding off.

  1. A lot of my friends like using those resistance bands. I have never tried them. I have some dumbbells at home. And I walk every morning. For me the key is habit and routine, so I’m doing stuff without having to think about excuses why not to do it.
